We ship to most destinations worldwide. However, for the following regions, please contact our customer service before placing an order:

Alaska (USA), Puerto Rico (USA), Guam (USA), Hawaii (USA), Cyprus, Iceland, Iran, Kazakhstan, Maldives, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Costa Rica, French Polynesia.

Order Tracking

  • Log in to your Droneer account and go to "My Orders" to view your order status and tracking information.
  • Once your order ships, the tracking number will be automatically updated on your order page.

Customs & Import Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and other related fees are levied and regulated by the destination country/region. Droneer does not cover any import taxes on its products or services.

Currently, for most regions worldwide, we primarily offer Small Parcel Logistics services. In approximately 90% of cases, this service requires no additional customs/tariff handling from the customer. If you need international express services such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx (note: using these services means you will be responsible for customs clearance and any related taxes), please contact our customer support at Sales@droneer.com.

Please note that the actual shipping cost is subject to the amount shown on the order checkout page. For some remote countries/regions, additional freight charges may apply based on the logistics company's quotation. Please monitor emails from Droneer.

Wrong Address

Orders will be shipped to the address entered at checkout. Droneer cannot be held responsible for issues caused by an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. We can only modify a wrong address if you contact us before the order is marked as "shipped." After shipment, the address cannot be changed, as the address information is used for fraud detection and prevention. Any additional fees required to re-ship packages due to address errors will be borne by the customer.

Damaged Box or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 15 working days; otherwise, we cannot be held responsible.
  • All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
